Estimated delivery dates to your location are visible on the Cart page after you enter your address. These dates take into account the current order processing time and the estimated shipping time to your address. Orders that do not contain a packraft kit typically ship within a few days and arrive before the estimated dates. Estimated delivery dates are not valid for pre-orders or backordered (out of stock) items.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships (check your Spam folder). If it has been more than two weeks since you placed your order and you still have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact me.

DIY Packraft kits are custom made in the sequence the orders are received, so the answer to this question depends on the current number of orders and can range from the next day to roughly two weeks. Order processing time is included in to the Estimated Delivery Dates you see beside the shipping options on the Cart page - click "When will my order arrive?" for more information. Orders without a packraft kit typically ship within a few days, regardless of how busy I am.

You can find your Estimated Delivery Date beside the shipping charge on your receipt. This date takes into account the current order processing time and the estimated transit time to your address. Check your spam folder if the order confirmation email didn't reach your inbox.

Tracking numbers are included in the order completion email that is sent when your order ships. If you don't see a tracking number in this email, you probably chose a shipping method that doesn't include tracking - check your receipt. (Check your spam/junk folder for these emails.)

If you haven't received an order confirmation email one hour after placing your order, check your Spam/Junk email. If it's not there, please contact me.

I cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before a certain date. If the Estimated Delivery Date (visible on the Cart page) is close to your deadline, do not place an order. After an order ships, the shipping costs are non-refundable. DIY Packraft is located in a small town where overnight shipping isn't available at any cost.

DIY Packraft collects no taxes, except on orders shipped to Canada. US-based customers usually pay no taxes or import fees. Most other countries will require you to pay import taxes - check here for more information.

You can reduce shipping costs by ordering packraft kits as a group. I do not offer a discount for group orders because I don’t have the packing space or boxes to pack large orders, so larger orders end up taking a disproportionately long time to fulfill (I’m forced to dig through other people’s recycling bins to find the right boxes to fit multiple kits, which is a time-consuming inconvenience). You can still save money by ordering as a group to reduce the shipping cost, and that’s fine – I just don’t want to incentivize it more than that because larger orders actually cost me more in time and hassle than if people order separately, so it doesn’t make sense for me to charge less for them.
