I have an issue with the second seam on tube 1. I thought I was good, measure multiple times as I welded it on but still ended up with additional fabric on L1. I have about 10” of the seam left to weld and I’m hoping someone has an opinion on how to fix it. I’m thinking about either heating up and removing some of the seam strip weld, removing some of L1 this way then re-welding the seam strip back on but I’m worried about the weld strength if I do this. My other thought is to make a cut about 6” long in L1 perpendicular to the seam strip, cutting out the additional fabric then welding a seam to join the cut back together and finally glue the crap outta the join between the two seam strips. Anyone’s feedback would be helpful!
