I created my own packrafting vest / PFD using the same techniques as described for the inflatable seat. Used 210D material. Pretty pleased with the results. The weight was just below 200g. Pictures on my instagram: https://www.instagram.com/eswetssyr/

      Hi

I have two qustions, maybe three:

      – What is buyonancy of that vest? Did you test is?

      – How straps attached? Glues or sewed?

      – Have you got any drawing? Plans?

Right now I try to make something similar. Have to reduce places in rucksack, and two standard PFD take about 10 liters of volume.

        1. I estimate the air volume to ca 5-6 liters,  so around 50-60N boyancy. The straps are sewn on to a piece of 1000D tpu, sandwiched between the 210D main tpu fabric.

I am on holiday now, but I can find the plans when I come home.
