Got it out on the water today. The effect of temperature changes is more significant than I expected. I took some pictures of it on the dock in the sun and it got quite firm, and then when I put it in the water the pressure dropped a fair amount. As mentioned, there’s definitely a small leak or two that contributed to it getting a bit soft as I paddled around.

The seat definitely has some leaks, and only lasted for 5 minutes or so before deflating. Upon closer inspection, I clearly didn’t weld the outer seam very well. Not surprising, since I built the seat first and was still getting the feel for the process. But this should be relatively easy to correct.
