Never fear! Where there is a will, there is a way.
You might be able to re-heat the ends with your iron and coax them apart while they’re hot. If this just makes a mess of things, leave them as-is and you can glue the end of the seam fabric to the outside of the floor. In Step 3 you will add some glue to the inside of this area anyway…[Read more]

Have you found other sources of materials for making packrafts, like TPU-coated fabric and inflation valves? Maybe you are overseas and the shipping is cheaper from a supplier close to you. Tell us about it, and please review the quality – especially if you have compared it to the stuff I offer.
Of course I want people to purchase things from the…[Read more]

Where have you gone packrafting, or where would you like to go packrafting?
I have a solo dream trip planned out already. It includes ocean, river, and lake paddling, combined with remote coastal rainforest hikes and difficult mountainous terrain. Here’s a map I made using Google Earth showing the route (and some alternative routes):

I have several new designs in the works, but there are only so many hours in the day and it takes time to design and prototype things.
Here’s where you can tell me what you would most like to see available on the site – a 2-person packraft kit? A whitewater spray deck option? A cruiser spray deck? A DIY paddle? An inflatable PFD? A seat with a…[Read more]
