TL;DR: Any order placed during the COVID-19 pandemic may be subject to unavoidable shipping delays; by placing an order, you accept this possibility and agree to wait.

For up-to-date postal service status information, check the following links:

  • Available shipping methods by country (outside USA & Canada): International
  • All Postal Service Alerts (This page has updates about service to all destinations.)
  • (Shipping within the USA & Canada continues, but there could be delays.)

Due to air traffic disruptions caused by efforts to limit the spread of coronavirus disease, international postal service has been temporarily suspended to 60 countries, including the following:

  • Albania
  • Argentina
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Bermuda
  • Bolivia
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • British Virgin Islands
  • Brunei
  • Cayman Islands
  • Chile
  • Colombia
  • Cyprus
  • Denmark
  • Djibouti
  • Dominica
  • Ecuador
  • Egypt
  • Estonia
  • Finland
  • French Polynesia
  • Greece
  • Guadeloupe
  • Guyana
  • Haiti
  • Honduras
  • India
  • Iran
  • Kazakhstan
  • Kuwait
  • Latvia
  • Lebanon
  • Libya
  • Luxembourg
  • Macedonia
  • Maldives

  • Saudi Arabia
  • Serbia
  • South Africa
  • Spain
  • Sri Lanka
  • St. Vincent
  • Suriname
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • Tunisia
  • Turkey
  • Ukraine

This list is subject to change – I will update it as I receive new information, but I can’t guarantee its accuracy.

DIY Packraft has no control over these service interruptions, and I do not know when service will be reinstated.

You can check to see if delivery is currently possible to your country by going to the DIY Packraft Shop page, adding an item to your Cart, and then entering your address on the Cart page. If no shipping options are available, it means the postal service is temporarily suspended to your country. Note, however, that if shipping is available to your country at the time you place your order, that does not guarantee it will be available when your order is ready to ship; it can take up to two weeks for me to complete an order, and service could become suspended during that time.

Any order placed during the COVID-19 pandemic may be subject to unavoidable shipping delays. By placing an order, you accept this possibility and agree to wait if shipping is suspended.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hey Matt,

Wondering if you are still shipping out kits? I’m in Toronto, so it within Canada but still, just wanted to see if something’s changed since you posted this. The situation being so fluid and all.

Yep, I’m still shipping kits and I will continue to do so unless I get sick. DIY Packraft is a one-man operation and I work from home, so I am able to maintain physical distance from people – the pandemic hasn’t disrupted business in that regard. I would be extremely surprised if postal services were suspended within North America, given how much people are relying on online purchases to sustain themselves while staying at home. (The post offices have implemented physical distancing procedures as well, but I purchase shipping labels online, so I have minimal interaction with postal workers anyway.) I will post an update if anything changes, but until then, things are relatively normal here.
