Update: December 13 – the fabric is here in BC, it has cleared customs, and all the paperwork is done. Now it awaits transportation to my shop – only a few more days!!
More than ten months after I ordered this batch of packraft floor fabric I am still waiting for it to arrive.
I have a good relationship with the fabric supplier, but like a great many businesses, they are suffering from worker shortages and supply chain disruptions. It’s not really their fault, but man is it frustrating! For my own sanity, I try not to think about it too much – I can feel my blood pressure rising as I type this – and all I can do is pass on their apologies and express my own apologies for the delays, especially to those of you who have been patiently waiting for packraft kits that you pre-ordered months ago. Thanks for your understanding and continued support.

Try and not sweat it. I think most of us understand. Thanks for your ongoing efforts! This hobby is growing because of you and that’s something to be proud of! Keep it up.

Thanks for the encouragement, Matt. I keep expecting a wave a refund requests but it hasn’t come yet, so maybe you’re right!
